Israeli software company Bio-Nexus is looking to cement its position in the Australian market through partnerships with local organisations, including packaging heavyweight Visy Group, and Swinburne University.
The new partnerships build on Bio-Nexus’s recent success with the Victorian government. In September, it entered into a pilot with the state government to provide cybersecurity for medical equipment in a number of Victorian hospitals.
The company’s Cyber-Nexus device securely connects medical equipment to hospital networks, providing a firewall that reduces the risk of it being tampered by hackers. The device also has Wi-Fi capability that makes a medical device mobile.
